• Application of Lean Methods and Tools such as SFM, Gemba, Value Stream Mapping & Design, 5S, KPI and Performance Management as well as waste analysis to promote efficiency and quality

• Responsibility for the development of innovative concepts and the active anchoring of the Lean culture at Rohde & Schwarz

• Planning, development and implementation of Lean projects, including effective stakeholder management, to involve all stakeholders

• scope for action to initiate and implement improvement projects in order to promote targeted changes

• Self-responsible decision-making with regard to the implementation of lean methods and close cooperation with executives and employees

• Supporting the organization in change processes, in particular in challenging situations and topics to promote a positive transformation

• Complete study of industrial engineering, business management or comparable qualification

• Multiannual professional experience in Lean Management is desirable in high-end electronics

• Finded knowledge in the application of Lean tools (value flow design, Kanban, 5S, SMED, etc.)

• Detectionally successfully completed projects in Lean Management

• High social competence, convincing communication style with all stakeholders as well as sovereign and trustworthy occurrence

• Solution-oriented action in a pragmatic, independent and binding manner

• High adaptability and resilience to quickly adjust to changes and to tackle new challenges proactively
