• reception, care and advice of guests
• Serving food and drinks
• Planning and ordering of goods
• Manufacture of food and beverage, according to qualifications
• Pre- and post-processing (Mise-en-Place)
• Operation of cash and payment systems
• Storage
• Work on the team
• banquet, menu and conference service
• Compliance and implementation of the service and hygiene standards and HACCP

• A completed vocational training in the hotel industry or gastronomy
