Our aim is to actively shape and support economic development in the chamber district. The IHK Dresden supervises, advises and informs the member companies, among others, in the areas of foundation, financing & promotion, company succession and questions of specialist thematics. In addition, it is a representative of the chambers of commerce and regional institutions and is responsible for numerous networking activities. Developing a concept for implementing financial management with effective controlling instruments Creation and analysis of financial reports, budget plans and cost-effectiveness calculations Processing, analysis and controlling of the technical targets, indicators and key figures for our chamber Monitoring and ensuring compliance with financial objectives and identifying optimization potentials Advising the management and management of the business divisions on concrete recommendations for action in business matters through sound analyses and reports Building risk management and project controlling Planning, implementation and documentation of procurement procedures according to applicable procurement law (e.g. GWB, VgV, UVgO). Creation of tender documents, testing of tenders and contract preparation and design Ensuring the legal implementation of all procurement measures Further development of processes and standards in the field of procurement

Complete studies in the field of economics (primarily focusing on controlling), administrative sciences, public management or a comparable qualification, alternatively a commercial training with additional further training in the field of controlling (e.g. controller (IHK), account holder (IHK) Knowledge of public procurement law and experience in the implementation of tenders Practical experience in controlling, ideally in the public sector Analytical skills and a pronounced numerical understanding Careful and structured functioning as well as high communication and consulting skills Good knowledge of relevant IT applications (e.g. Excel, ERP systems, procurement software)
