Senior Inventory and Planned Run Manager

At the closest possible time we are looking for you as a senior stock and plan running manager:in (w/m/d) for the DB Projekt Stuttgart-Ulm GmbH at the Stuttgart location. Your tasks: In your responsibility and role, you will accompany the inventory and plan running management in the DB Projekt Stuttgart – Ulm, in particular in the S-Bahn project You'll list the plan running lists / test plan lists with digital and analog documentation of plan inputs, test data and shipping for all planning documents In addition, you carry out the plan verification as well as interface coordination and the monitoring of the individual plan delivery periods on time You regularly report on the status of the plan sequences, in particular on delays and risks, and conduct independent counter-control measures Process sequences for plan running management, e.g. Eplass you develop and are responsible for archiving / cataloging of paper documents In addition, you will coordinate the release of the documents within the test runs to the specialist auditors involved: inside the DB and the independent test engineers: inside for the technical testing and for the testing according to VV-IST, BAU-STE or the sector guideline
