As a Shipping Clerk (m/f/d), you will ensure that shipments are efficient and on time. You will coordinate shipments, prepare all shipping relevant documents, and work closely with teams and external service providers. Stock take work 50%: Reviewing and implementing stock adjustments and scrap postings Supporting and preparing annual and quarterly stock takes, contract worker stock takes, and all other stock takes required by corporate Further developing internal stock take processes Distributing necessary documents for stock takes within the company
Completed training as an industrial clerk or warehouse logistics specialist, or several years of experience in a comparable position Goal-oriented, structured, and independent work style SAP ERP R3 knowledge Knowledge of packaging planning Quality-conscious Strong English skills for communicating with international customers and freight forwarders Forklift certification (preferred) Knowledge of product labeling Knowledge of shipping processes for automotive customers
