Market observation: You keep in mind trends and current topics in the Data & Analytics market, advise our customers on these developments and assign the respective significance to them. Project Management: You take the lead in our strategy projects, support team development and self-organization and responsibility in the team. Management consulting: You advise the management of our customers on their way to data-driven companies, especially in the design of modern data landscapes. Transformation: You support communication skills and fingertip feeling in the initialization and development of transformation programs in the Data & Analytics area. Stakeholder Management: You clear obstacles and control stakeholder management to modernise the Data & Analytics world of our customers with your team.

Enthusiasm for data: You like to acquire new knowledge about Data & Analytics trends, technologies and tools and motivate your environment. Project Management: You have experience in implementing and managing Data & Analytics transformation programs and data platform projects. Communication capability: You bring sound methodological and communicative skills in the areas of moderation, mediation, change management and team development Own initiative: You trade solution-oriented, keep a cool head and think critical-reflexive. Passion for Trends: You want to support our customers in building data platforms or implementing Data Mesh. AI Competence: You use AI tools in your area of expertise, evaluate the results critically and support customers and adessi to use potentials of AI.
