They plan and conduct the time and economic optimal schedules for all parties involved in the process (customers, experts, maintenance companies). They are responsible for ensuring the utilisation of experts. You accept customer requests and appointment requests and specify timely check dates. They are responsible for the continuous evaluation of the due tests and acquire customers for testing (no cold acquisition). They also ensure the updating of our systems, including the installation and maintenance of customer base data. You are responsible for the telephone and written customer support and administrative tasks in the kfm. Area (e.g. digitization of order-related documents).

Completed commercial training Multiannual professional experience in kfm. Area with customer contact and personnel deployment planning Impressed communication skills and collaborative capacity as well as joy at customer contact High level of customer orientation and service orientation, organizational skills and negotiation skills Flexibility and team skills as well as careful, reliable and independent working Good PC knowledge (MS-Office, SAP HANA are desirable)
