We are looking for a motivated and experienced disposing crew line that effectively coordinates our event team and ensures that all processes run smoothly. As a disposing crew management, you are responsible for the planning, organisation and operation of our event team. You are a real dualist*in, with us not only in the office responsible for the personal planning of events of any kind, but then your own crew leads to the productions on site.

About us: artlogic Staffpool GmbH is an innovative company in the event industry and provides various types of staff for the up and down and supervision of concerts, events and audiovisual productions. We operate across our own international network across Europe and beyond.

Your duties in the office:

> You are a direct contact person for crew, production management and customers > You conduct personnel planning and coordination for events of all kinds and sizes > You tax projects from A to Z and make sure everyone is comfortable > You ensure a smooth flow of information between crew members and internal departments >Process Driven Company – that is, we work process-oriented and automate our routines continuously so that we can focus on varied activities.

Your tasks on production (on site):

> Active cooperation in the erosion and dismantling of events > On site you are also a direct contact person for crew, production management and customers > You will guide your specially planned crew and actively participate to ensure that quality standards are complied with > As a security officer and first-aider, you are responsible for compliance with all security measures and regulations during the events (PSA, instruction) > Documentation of performance in proof of performance > accident reports / damage reports
