The department is divided into three teams: All relevant documents are collected in the sales preparation. The distribution includes all processes - from initial contact with the buyer: inside to the culmination. Monitoring of the entire distribution process, in particular: As part of the sales preparation: Preparation and organisation of real estate sales (privateization, building contractors, land) Processing and testing of object documents and creation of digital sales files Coordination with brokers, notaries and internal specialist departments Creation and verification of contract documents, participation in complaints Monitoring the sales process As part of the sales process: Purchasing after the conclusion of the contract up to the transfer of ownership Communication with workers, brokers, notaries and internal areas Monitoring the purchase price receipt and receivable management

Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a real estate businessman (m/w/d), lawyer and notary staff (m/w/d) or in a comparable professional field Funded knowledge in MS Office and secure handling of SAP Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Embossed team capacity, customer orientation, strong communicative skills, solution-oriented work and an analytical thinking capability
