As an internal service employee, you are an important part of our team and take over the technical support of contracts in the field of occupational pensions (bAV). Your main tasks include: Processing of contractual changes such as post releases, terminations and payment interruptions Settlement of pensions including new investments, adjustments and termination of current pensions Processing of collection and dunning operations Processing of benefits such as deaths, sequencing and transfers Communication with employers, employees and intermediaries to clarify technical questions Ensuring high service quality and compliance with legal and internal requirements

You have a successfully completed commercial training, ideally as a merchant for insurance and finance (m/w/d) In the best case, you have already gained professional experience in the field of life insurance or experience in dealing with corporate customers You think in solutions and communicate safely with different contacts.
