Buyer – FMCG/ Pharma (m/f/d)

Development and implementation of efficient procurement strategies to support production targets. Negotiations with suppliers to ensure best price-performance ratios and a stable supply chain. Collaboration with production and planning teams to analyze requirements and demand forecasts. Examination of contracts to ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal standards. Monitoring of supplier performance and carrying out evaluations for continuous improvement. Management and maintenance of supplier and product master data in the ERP system. Reporting and analysis of procurement key figures to support strategic decisions. Coordination with the financial team to ensure budgeting and cost efficiency.

For this position we are looking for a proactive and analytical personality with a strong understanding of the dynamics of procurement in the production industry. You should bring a high degree of self-responsibility and team spirit and be able to beat effective communication bridges between different departments. Flexibility and adaptability are just as important as the ability to work under pressure and always maintain strategic thinking. You have completed their studies in business, industrial engineering or comparable qualifications. Multiannual experience in strategic purchasing or in a similar role in the industrial environment is required. You have sound knowledge of negotiation management and contract management as well as experience in the use of ERP systems for procurement planning.
