Lawyer (m/f/d)

With our firm in the heart of Augsburg for over 70 years we offer our clients competence in tax, audit and law. Our team nearly 30 employees supervise a diverse, both regional and national clientele. To strengthen our team we are looking for a lawyer (m/w/d) in full time.

Comprehensive mandate support: independent consulting and representation of our clients in various legal areas (focuses, among others, in civil law, lease and real estate law, inheritance law, building law, transport law, general administrative law, criminal law). Process management: Strategic preparation and implementation of judicial procedures and out-of-court negotiations. Contract design: Legally secure creation and examination of contracts, statutes and agreements. Strategic advice: finding practical, economically meaningful solutions for individuals and medium-sized enterprises.

Qualification: Approval as a lawyer/legal attorney (m/w/d), ideally with professional experience in law practice. Versatility: knowledge of the aforementioned legal areas and the willingness to work quickly into new legal entities. Mandant orientation: A safe, empathic appearance and the ability to explain complex facts intelligibly. Operation: Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style. Social competence: team capacity, commitment in cooperation, communication strength and negotiation security.
