We are a tax consulting and auditing company with seven locations and around 160 employees, of which about 50 are professional. We accompany companies from different industries and legal forms – both nationally and internationally – in tax consulting, auditing and legal advice. Location in the heart of Bremerhaven: Directly at the Weserdeich and near the Havenwelten you work centrally at the largest location of the firm with around 60 colleagues. Their working environment is marked regionally: from Bremen to the Cuxland to the Bremen-Oldenburg metropolitan region. In the team, you work closely and independently on the creation of annual accounts, private and operational tax returns as well as on tax issues and develop your responsibility step by step.

Mandatory support: You have their own mandate portfolio, are responsible for annual accounts and tax returns and represent their clients to financial management, audits and opposition proceedings. Advice and design: You introduce tax perspectives early into entrepreneurial decisions and use design options, such as investment, legal questions or succession. Business Sparring Partnership: You accompany your clients beyond the day-to-day business and develop solutions with substance, instead of only serving deadlines. Perspective succession: You take on step-by-step mandates and build your own inventory in the team. Company development: You introduce your technical perspective on processes, digitalization and new working methods.

You have successfully completed the tax consultant exam or are shortly before the order by the tax advisory board. You have well-founded knowledge of tax and balance sheet law as well as relevant basic knowledge in company law. You understand how to balance work and consultation in the mandate, depending on the situation. You have a high level of quality and act service-oriented in handling clients. You operate safely under changed conditions, share knowledge and develop solutions together. You communicate with your clients in a direct exchange – even with uncomfortable topics or conflicting interests.
