We are part of the Operations and Process Management division — the Bank’s engine. Here we bundle central operations themes of LBBW, think bank new, drive digitization forward and consistently improve processes.

In fund coordination, you play a central role: you coordinate contractual, technical and process issues relating to mandate changes and the connection of new business partners. You work closely with internal and external stakeholders and actively shape the further development of our storage business.

Accompanying funds over their entire course - from the onboarding of new mandates and business partners via adjustments of existing mandates to fund resolution - with clear, reliable and professional implementation Control of coordination between internal banking areas and external business partners, structuring open issues and ensuring a reliable implementation Acquisition of own areas of responsibility, processing of diverse questions and independent and project-oriented support of the associated topics Participation in the professional development of the systems used, supported processes and their digitalization, introduction of own ideas for continuous improvement of processes Active cooperation in the team through helpfulness, openness and collaborative cooperation, sharing knowledge and joint development of solutions

Bachelor's degree or training as a banker/wife with further qualification (e.g. banker/in) or comparable training Outstanding interest in investment funds and capital market products, first practical experience or knowledge in the fund or storage area; alternatively high affinity for complex technical relationships IT affinity, secure handling of MS Office and digital communication media, openness to industry-specific software; Interest in the meaningful use of artificial intelligence to support and develop processes Customer-oriented thinking and acting, independent, self-responsible and careful working methods, including legal issues within the framework of contractual arrangements Team-oriented and communication-strong in word and writing, joy in bringing together different participants and driving topics together High readiness to change, use of conceptual and structured skills to improve process processes and cooperation in projects Interest in contact with international business partners, good English skills enable secure communication Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
