Your tasks

• Organization, control and responsibility of cleaning in our own responsibility
• design of personnel planning and the management of their own employees
• Maintenance of reporting and documentation
• operating a single-panel machine and an attachment machine

You bring

• Complete training in the field of building cleaning/cleaning desirable
• Multiannual practical experience in the field of employee management, preferably as a foreman
• very good German knowledge
• Driving licence
• lift ticket desirable
• Height-fitting
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications and dealing with computers
• Embossed customer and service orientation and organizational skills
• Reliability, ready-to-use and friendly and safe occurrence in handling our customers
