Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d)

Ensure occupational safety and accident prevention based on relevant laws, regulations, directives and rules. Preparation and moderation of work protection committee meetings. Implementation and documentation of risk assessments, analysis of work accidents, management of accident statistics and the development and implementation of appropriate measures to avoid hazards together with the specialist areas. Cooperation with the competent authorities, professional associations and business physician. Implementation of recruitment and annual safety instructions, training of managers and security officers. Participation in the planning and implementation of changes and new introductions of production processes and plants. Creation and updating of work, operating instructions and forms in consultation with managers, maintenance of machine data, verification of technical documentation, creation and updating of maintenance plans for maintenance of machines and equipment. Support in implementing the relevant laws, regulations and directives for environmental protection. You report to the management and represent colleagues in the Technical Administration team. Participation in compliance with and further development of fire protection, including the organisation and implementation of fire protection visits and instructions.

Complete technical training with training as technician, master and professional experience in comparable activity. Training as a specialist for occupational safety according to §6 ASiG desired. Knowledge of the application of ISO 45001 of occupational and health protection. Self-employment, good organizational skills, team and conflict resolution capability. Safe handling of all MS Office applications.
