Be part of our IT business domain and shape end-to-end processes along the customer journey! We are looking for an innovative*n employee who syncs the strategic topics and identifies potentials. Your job The close cooperation with the Vice President and the Leadership Team to align business IT and develop and implement the strategy is one of your core tasks. Your contribution For the synchronization of strategic topics, you’ll talk about all teams (HH + internat.) and take on reporting and monitoring based on KPIs as well as milestones. You identify and evaluate potentials, best practices and innovations and actively shape a holistic E2E process cloud. Your environment You will be part of our IT business area. In your role, you report directly to the VP IT Business and are a close partner for the Leadership Team. Your freedoms In this role, you have the opportunity to fully shape the strategy of business IT and end 2 end processes along the customer journey and introduce your innovative ecommerce ideas.

Your training You have a successfully completed degree in the field of business informatics, computer science or a related area. Your experience You have at least. 3 years of professional experience in strategic IT consulting / in-house consulting ideally focusing on eCommerce and Fashion. Your skills You have pronounced analytical and conceptual skills. You are safe in handling presentation techniques and management reports. Your softskills Communication strength as well as your ability to render complex facts understandable are just as natural for you as a high self-initiative and very structured working.
