You take care of the settlement and storage (Custody) as well as the asset management of securities (Equities, Bonds, Funds, Fixed Income) You bring process knowledge to capital measures (corpore actions), general meetings and disclosure (disclosure) You are familiar with financial market-typical communication media and news standards, such as SWIFT Standards, SPMG, CASG, ISO 15022 and ISO 20022 You have knowledge of the capital market Regulatorik and Infrastructure, such as ECMS, CSDR, EMIR, MiFID/MiFIR, SRD, T2-T2S You have practical experience with process-relevant institutions such as CSD, CCP, Trading Venue, (Global) Custodian, Asset Manager or Securities Banks You bring process knowledge in Trading & Clearing, Collateral Management, Securities Lending and the settlement of taxes

You have at least three years of professional experience in the post-trade sector as well as profound expertise in one or more of the following areas: settlement and storage (Custody) as well as asset servicing of securities (Equities, Bonds, Funds, Fixed Income) Process knowledge of capital measures (Corporate Actions), Annual General Meetings, Disclosure (Disclosure) Knowledge of financial-market-typical communication media and communication standards (e.g. SWIFT Standards, SPMG, CASG, ISO 15022 and ISO 20022) Knowledge of capital market Regulatorics and infrastructure (e.g. ECMS, CSDR, EMIR, MiFID/MiFIR, SRD, T2-T2S) Practical experience in/with process-relevant institutions, for example CSD, CCP, Trading Venue, (Global) Custodian, Asset Manager or Securities Banks Process knowledge of Trading & Clearing, Collateral Management, Securites Lending and settlement of taxes are a plus What you should also bring: You work independently and have strong analytical and communicative skills You have a broad interest and understanding of financial markets and products You have experiences in the business analysis and the labelling of business requirements as well as specialist specifications You have professional MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel and Word, and experience with popular PM tools like JIRA and Confluence You bring knowledge of German and English in word and writing You have already gained experience in a consulting firm You have the permission to work in Germany
