Your tasks: System development: You assist in the development of charging systems for electric vehicles. This includes support in defining system requirements and ensuring compatibility with other vehicle systems

Project Management: You support projects for the development of charging systems, including time and resource planning, budget monitoring and coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Technical analysis and problem solution: You help to carry out technical analyses to identify and solve problems in the charging system. This also includes troubleshooting and troubleshooting as well as continuous improvement of system performance

Test and validation: You assist in the planning and execution of tests to validate charging systems. This includes both laboratory tests and field tests under real conditions, as well as flashing new software to prototypes

Documentation and Reporting: You support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Automated monitoring: You contribute to the automation of data evaluations, such as a dashboard prototype with Power BI, even using a company-internal AI

The activity can begin from April / May 2026.

Studies: You are an immatricated student (m/w/d) in a technical or economic course, e.g. electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, economic engineering, BWL or a comparable course of study

Technical knowledge: You are interested in battery-electric vehicle charging systems

Systems Engineering: You are interested in the application of systems engineering principles for the development of complex systems, including requirement management, system architecture, modeling and simulation

Project management: You have first skills in project management, including planning, monitoring and management of projects

Communication: You have excellent communication skills for effective cooperation with different stakeholders

Problem solving skills: You draw your attention through the ability to systematically analyze and solve technical problems

Language knowledge: You have knowledge of German and English in word and writing

IT skills: You are safe to use MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and ideally have experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Python, Matlab and Power BI

Personal competencies: You are characterized by a high self-initiative, an analytical way of thinking and especially by your passion for electromobility
