As a houseman you take responsibility for the organization and quality of our housekeeping. You lead your team, ensure reliable processes and have both our quality standards and the well-being of our guests in mind. Leadership & Team: You lead, organize and develop our housekeeping team and ensure a valuable and reliable cooperation. Organization & Planning: You control the daily processes and are responsible for the service, holiday and demand-oriented personnel deployment planning. Quality & cleanliness: You ensure our quality and cleanliness standards in the guest rooms and public areas and ensure the perfect preparation of the rooms for guests arriving. Atmosphere & design: You have an eye for details and create a well maintained and welcoming atmosphere throughout the house with decoration and floral arrangements. Host role: You welcome new guests, accompany house tours and are a warm and competent contact person for questions and concerns. Hygiene & safety: You are responsible for the implementation, monitoring and further development of our hygiene, cleaning and disinfection plans and ensure compliance with the relevant occupational, health and hygiene requirements. Order & stock: You organize orders and stocks of detergents, workwear and floor linen. Organization: You coordinate our clinic shops including inventory, sales and reorders. Further development: You bring your own ideas and continuously develop processes, standards and quality in your area of responsibility.

Professional experience in housekeeping ideally in a clinic, hotel industry or in a comparable service-oriented environment Experience in a leadership position and joy in leadership and further development of a team Independent, structured and reliable operation Excellent quality awareness and a trained view for cleanliness, order and details Organisational skills and a good understanding of economic processes Warm, binding and sovereign appearance to guests and employees Joy in leading a team, motivating and developing Good sense for people and the ability to keep an overview even in lively situations Own initiative and joy in actively shaping processes and standards English knowledge is advantageous
