For the further development of our locations in Schwerin and Ratzeburg, we are looking for an experienced and operationally strong management personality that takes responsibility, develops structures and, together with us, goes the next step.

As Area Management Cleaning Westmecklenburg (m/w/d), you take over the overriding responsibility for our cleaning activities on the Schwerin–Ratzeburg axis. In doing so, you will guide and support the existing lines on site and form the central interface between the locations and our management.

The perspective: In the event of a successful development of the area, it is possible to take over the total management of the cleaning area of the Hauswunder Group in the future.

Your responsibility

• Senior operational management of cleaning sites Schwerin and Ratzeburg
• Leadership, support and further development of existing site and team management
• Responsibility for quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Optimization of personnel planning, workflows and object structures
• Ensuring economic and demand-oriented personnel deployment planning
• Regular control and further development of our cleaning objects
• Analysis of existing orders in terms of hours, personnel costs and cost-effectiveness
• Detection and implementation of optimization potentials
• Care and development of important existing customers
• Accompanying new customers and larger start-ups
• Support for calculations and preparation of new cleaning orders
• Ensuring and further developing our quality standards
• Regular reporting to management
• Close coordination with our headquarters in Parchim

Ideally you bring:

• experience in building cleaning, building management or a comparable service industry
• Multiannual experience in managing employees and ideally also by executives

• Excellent cost and quality awareness
• Entrepreneurial thinking and willingness to take responsibility
• Enforcement combined with a good sense for people
• Solution-oriented and pragmatic work
• Good digital user knowledge
• Class B driving licence and readiness to travel within our locations

Training or further training in the field of building cleaning is advantageous – but for us there are above all leading experience, personality and detectable operational strength.
