Dispatch clerk (m/f/d)

For our customers, a globally successful technology company in machine and plant engineering, based in Hamburg-Bergedorf, we are looking for two specialist dispatchers (m/w/d) International Logistics & Zoll as part of the employee transfer. The position is limited until 31.12.2027 and is exercised in full time (35 hours/week). Do you feel at home in international logistics, work structured and keep an overview even in demanding shipping processes? Then you will find a versatile area of responsibility in an international environment.

Planning and control of national and international shipping processes Disposition of transports in SAP and coordination with forwarding and logistics service providers Creation and verification of export, transit and customs documents Coordination of packaging, project loading, returns and dangerous goods transport Ensuring a legally compliant customs processing and selection of suitable transport solutions Processing of transport damage and participation in the optimization of logistical processes

Complete training in the field of forwarding, logistics or a comparable qualification Professional experience in international shipping or export processing Good knowledge of customs and foreign trade law Secure handling of SAP, ideally complemented by SAP GTS and ATLAS Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Self-employed, structured working methods as well as distinct organisational skills Depending on the type of disability, any place in our company can be suitable for a person with disabilities.
