As an intern:in you will get insights into the preparation, monitoring and implementation of M&A transactions of the Hubert Burda Media group You support the team through your active collaboration and collect valuable, practical experience M&A processes you get to know and learn more about the identification of acquisition opportunities and strategic analysis methods In addition, you can work on processes of corporate assessment and acquire knowledge in other fields of practice, e.g. in cooperation with external consultants:

You are in advanced studies in the field of economics or in a business-oriented study program focusing on corporate finance / M&A, accounting, controlling, financial modeling or strategic business development Ideally, you already have experiences in the area of M&A / Corporate Development (ideally through an internship at an investment bank or M&A Boutique) A safe and experienced handling of Excel, especially with complex assessment models, and PowerPoint is one of your strengths You have very good English skills in word and writing Embossed analytical thinking, high readiness and a structured, independent way of working distinguish you as well as a sovereign appearance and a pronounced team capacity
