Complete technical training, e.g. as an electronics technician or plant mechanic - ideally with further training as a master / state-tested technician or specialist facility management - alternatively a completed study in the field of electrical engineering / utility technology / technical building equipment (TGA) or facility management At least two years of professional experience in a comparable position in technical building management or facility management Good knowledge of current MS Office applications Designed leadership and communication skills as well as a customer-oriented and structured manner commitment, team spirit and a high sense of responsibility German knowledge of at least C1 level
