Planning, coordination and tracking of maintenance appointments in coordination with technology and customers Maintenance contracts and master data in the systems used Commercial handling of maintenance services – from performance feedback to accounting Recording, testing and accounting of special services (e.g. additional orders, repairs, small orders) Preparation and creation of special services offers in consultation with technical contacts General commercial support of the team in day-to-day business (e.g. evaluations, reportings, storage)

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification First professional experience in a comparable position Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel; Experience with ERP/FM systems is advantageous Team skills and willingness to tackle issues together and take responsibility
