Technical Onboarding Manager - Marktplatz (m/f/d)

As a Technical Onboarding Manager, you take responsibility for the technical integration of new partners on our marketplace. Your goal is to ensure a smooth connection to our marketplace systems, to ensure high-quality and consistent product data and to efficiently accompany the go-live process within the framework of partner onboarding. You act as a central interface between our partners, the internal tech teams and the operational marketplace management – and ensure that systems and data are seamlessly harmonized. You are responsible for the technical connection of new suppliers and accompany them in a structured manner throughout the onboarding process. You coordinate integration via established interfaces and data formats such as API, CSV or XML and ensure a stable system connection. As a central contact person for partners and internal ecommerce teams, you will support the marketplace system Mirakl, clarify technical and organizational integration issues and support the use of platform functions. With technical know-how and a solution-oriented approach, you can help our partners with technical issues and ensure a quick and sustainable problem solution. You carry out technical training and advise partners in the setup of their systems and data structures. You work closely with internal teams to coordinate technical requirements and continuously develop our systems.

A completed study or training in the field of IT, business informatics or e-commerce. Experience in technical support, onboarding or project management - ideally in the marketplace or platform environment. Knowledge of Mirakl, marketplace architectures, product data management and interfaces such as API, PIM and ERP systems. A service-oriented, structured operation and clear, solution-oriented communication - both with partners and internal teams. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
