Labelling Specialist (m/w/d)

To support the existing team we are looking for you, at the next time, Labelling Specialist (m/w/d).

Maintain product information: updating and managing product information for medical devices, energy-based devices and medicines. Regulatory support: Ensuring authorisations and registrations in the EU and worldwide. Label advice: Supporting internal teams to create and review markings and materials. Coordination of translations: Control of translations for product markings and maintenance of data in the labelling database. Validation of markings: coordination of corrections and approvals with local regulatory experts, updating the database (ST4). Start Preparation / Launch Readiness: Cooperation with Supply Chain and other departments to provide ready-to-print marking documents on time. Database Care: Ensuring the continuous care and up-to-date of the content management database.

You have a scientific background, for example in biology, chemistry, pharmacy or medical technology. Alternatively, an approbation, a diploma, a master's degree is of advantage. Knowledge in linguistics is also desirable. You bring two to four years of experience in the international medical device labelling area. You have knowledge of English in a safe manner. Safe handling of IT systems, databases and MS Office is required for this position. You will also bring a basic understanding of labelling and packaging requirements. You work very accurately and detailed and have excellent organizational, prioritizing and planning skills. You are able to edit projects independently and work together with different teams across areas. In addition, you stand up confidently and can actively influence key stakeholders.
