This is how your area of responsibility looks:

• Support for managers in all personnel questions and support strategic projects
• Responsibility for the acquisition and integration of new talents
• Planning and implementation of continuing training measures to promote Employees
• Designing a value-based, positive corporate culture
• Cooperation with the Works Council and sovereign advice Labour law issues
• Analysis of KPIs and derivation of relevant measures

Take this with you:

• Completed training or studies in business management, Personnel management or similar

• First experience in HR, e.g. as HR Business Partner (m/w/d),

• Knowledge of HR processes, modern tools and innovation in Staff management
