You support your team in complex and legal issues, in the case of special issues of invoice processing, contract management and contract failures You advise other internal specialist groups in contract design in Facility Management You are conceptually involved, inter alia, in the further development of the processes in the contract management, in the area of cost management and billing, and are therefore implementing concrete measures. You analyze and develop key topics in the field You maintain efficient and targeted communication and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

Completed university studies of the Department of Economics and Administration, e.g. Business Administration Good knowledge in accounting and contract management You communicate in writing as well as oral stylistic, precise and addressable in German You have strong leadership skills, set clear goals, convey strategies and motivate your team You take responsibility, promote employees, strengthen self-responsibility and live an open fault culture With diplomatic skill and empathy you bring different interests into line and develop sustainable solutions You work structured and convince by strategic thinking and targeted action You are safe in handling MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) We also wish Knowledge in facility management with commercial orientation Knowledge of SAP and CAFM Class B licence and readiness to travel within Schleswig-Holsteins
