Technical Operations Coordinator Data Center & Site Management (m/f/d)

As a technical operational coordinator, you support the smooth operation of the technical infrastructure of our data centers. You are responsible for monitoring, maintenance and documentation of electrical and air conditioning systems and, together with the RZ management team, ensures high availability and operational safety.

Your tasks In your role, you are responsible for the perfect functioning of our nationwide data center infrastructure (power supply, emergency power, USV, air conditioning and ventilation systems, fire detection and safety technology) and coordinates maintenance and repair work. You agree with service providers, suppliers and internal departments and support in trouble analysis and troubleshooting. You will participate in technical projects (e.g. modernization and optimization measures) as well as in the preparation of maintenance and operational plans. In addition, you are responsible for monitoring compliance with safety and quality standards and assists in audits, certifications and administrative procedures. You will take care of the management and maintenance of technical documentation, test logs and maintenance records. To ensure 24/7 operational readiness, work with the standby and call service.

Complete technical training in the field of electrical engineering, refrigeration/air conditioning, supply technology or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in technical building operations, ideally in the data center or industrial and plant environment. Ideally extended basic knowledge in the fields of power supply systems, air conditioning and ventilation technology and MSR technology. Knowledge of occupational safety and technical standards is of advantage. Safe handling of documentation, maintenance software and MS-Office. Funded technical understanding and analytical thinking. Reliable and structured operation with a high degree of independence. Embossed team skills and communication strength. Willingness to continue and take on growing responsibility. Efforts to be deployed and willingness to call. Car driver's license and readiness to travel.
