At 01.12.2025 or as soon as possible, we are looking for a department manager for indirect purchasing and process control. A task that challenges You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team You are responsible for fulfilling the target of the operational procurement business and aligning the team with the overarching objectives of the supply chain and the business unit You develop and coach your team and focus on the continuous expansion of functional expertise/abilities Prioritize and alleviate the shopping tasks within the team and ensure proper procurement processes You keep an eye on the continuous optimization of the shopping processes and develop them by using KPIs You ensure compliance with corporate standards, processes and guidelines (provided by Supply Chain Excellence and the respective legal unit/business area) You support the development of regional product group strategies You are a contact person for concerns regarding stakeholders and suppliers You participate in group-wide working groups, including in a matrix organization You take special tasks that can be defined in time in consultation with the field management
