Surgical Assistance - Ophthalmology / Surgery (m/f/d)

You assist the medical team in outpatient and surgical procedures in ophthalmology and ensure a smooth operation at the surgical table. You take over the independent pre- and post-processing of the operating rooms, including the professional preparation and sterilization of the instruments. You accompany our patients sensitively through the entire process – from reception to postoperative care. You ensure complete compliance with high hygiene standards and are responsible for the careful documentation of all relevant OP processes. As an important part of the OP team, you contribute significantly to the safety and well-being of the traders.

You have completed training as operational assistance (OTA) or a comparable qualification. Your passion for ophthalmology and the work in the surgery area is what distinguishes you. With sense of responsibility, team spirit and empathy you fit perfectly into our team. A careful and structured procedure is of course for you to ensure the highest quality standards. Thanks to your very good knowledge of German (C1) you ensure a clear and secure communication with patients: inside and inside.
