IT-Manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the availability, performance and security of the local IT infrastructure including servers, networks, communication, jobs and production connections. You maintain and develop the IT workstation environment (hardware and software, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, telephony and collaboration solutions). You plan and coordinate IT infrastructure and modernization projects – from network upgrades and technology renewals to site construction, relocations and migrations. You ensure compliance with corporate IT, cybersecurity and compliance requirements and work closely with global IT teams. You control IT service providers, suppliers and external support partners and are responsible for the lifecycle management of IT assets. You are the central point of contact for complex IT disputes and escalations and provide a quick and sustainable problem solution. You monitor infrastructure, service quality, risks and IT budgets and drive forward continuous improvements actively. In doing so, you advise and support local IT employees and report regularly to the relevant stakeholders.

Complete studies in the field of computer science, IT, engineering or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in IT infrastructure and IT operations, ideally in a producing, industrial or logistical environment. Finded knowledge in the Microsoft environment, in particular Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune and Teams. Good knowledge of network, server, virtualization, cloud, WLAN, telecommunications and terminal management as well as a solid understanding of IT security, identity management and MFA. Experience in IT service management, troubleshooting and in the control of external service providers and support partners. Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation with pronounced service and customer orientation. Experience in cooperation with international teams and matrix organisations as well as good communication and coordination capabilities. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.
