Recruiter Engineering (m/f/d)

Identification of suitable talents based on defined requirements profiles for our customers from the aerospace industry and the defence sector Responsibility for the entire recruiting process and the situational selection of suitable channels and methods Creating meaningful job advertisements and building a sustainable stable candidate pipeline Screening and pre-selection of applications and performing structured interviews Valuable and binding communication with focus on a positive Candidate Experience Accompanying the entire Employee Lifecycle – including administrative tasks such as contracting and personnel documents

Experience in recruiting professionals ideally from highly regulated industries such as aerospace/defence Good knowledge of the transfer of workers including collective agreements Secure knowledge of labour law principles, in particular GDPR, AGG and other relevant requirements German language and writing skills and good English skills The concept of service management through your previous professional experience
