Team Leader Server Management / IT Administration (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated team leader for our server management, who brings our IT infrastructure to the future with enthusiasm and innovation spirit. In this exciting position, you are responsible for managing and developing our server management team. Together with the team, make sure that our server landscape is always stable and safe. With your enthusiasm for modern technologies and innovative approaches, you are driving forward the continuous development of our systems.

You have a completed vocational training in the IT field or a comparable qualification with professional experience in a relevant position. You bring experience in the operational coordination of technical teams (e.g. task management, prioritization) and ensure a smooth running in day-to-day operations. You have strong communication strength, especially in cooperation and in exchange with their own team. You are able to create, coordinate and implement technical solutions and concepts (e.g. target architecture, migration/modernization concepts, standardization) and to accompany the implementation in an operational manner (planning, coordination, tracking). You have a high sense of responsibility in ensuring IT operation and protecting systems and information. You have profound knowledge in server management as well as experience with larger server landscapes (Windows / Linux, virtualization, storage, backup, patch management). You have experience in the use of monitoring and automation tools to optimize IT operation. You have knowledge of IT security standards (e.g. ISO 27001, BSI basic protection). You have experience in implementing and monitoring security policies and emergency plans. Remarkable structured work and the ability to make teamwork targeted and experience in the introduction and control of continuous improvement processes. Experience in the development of technical solutions and concepts (e.g. target image / architecture, modernization, standardization, automation) as well as in the support of the implementation to the transfer into operation (planning, coordination, change / migration coordination). knowledge in the management of safety incidents and experience in the co-design of safety-relevant guidelines, processes and specifications. Knowledge in network architectures, preferably in telecommunications technology.
