Focus on figures, processes: You ensure the independent and timely salary billing for a defined group of employees from the commercial and commercial sectors – precisely, reliably and with a clear look for detail. SAP expertise with effect: With your know-how in SAP HCM or SuccessFactors, you can ensure smooth accounting processes and actively implement your system understanding to make processes efficient and sustainable. Expertise that gives orientation: You take into account all tax, social insurance and labour law relevant requirements and are a competent person for executives as well as employees for the purpose of billing fees. Communication at eye level: You take over the independent correspondence with health insurance companies, social security institutions, financial offices and other authorities and ensure that all billing-relevant topics are professionally resolved. Administration with responsibility: You carefully maintain billing-relevant personal master files and are responsible for classical certification – structured, reliable and service-oriented. Courage to decide: You recognise the need for action, make informed decisions and prepare themes proactively, instead of waiting for impulses from the outside. Your hand-on mentality makes the difference. Rethink processes: You introduce your ideas, question existing processes and actively support the continuous optimization of our payroll processes and interfaces. Funded payroll know-how: You have several years of experience in the self-responsible pay bill for professional and commercial employees and know the peculiarities of different accounting models. SAP HCM (SuccessFactors) in the tool case: The safe handling of SAP (SuccessFactors) is obvious to you. Ideally, you will also have experience with adjacent SAP-HR processes and interfaces. Security in the rule book: Tax, social insurance and billing issues are edited and also keep track of complex issues.
