You support the daily workflow in the team and ensure that all work processes run round in 2-shift operation You actively support the shift management and carry out their representation as needed With personal bottlenecks, you can flexibly jump at different jobs Responsibility for correct and efficient picking of materials You serve and monitor automated production plants, keeps their technical condition and process parameters in mind and perform maintenance and maintenance work You are actively involved when it comes to improvements: whether quality, workflows or technical optimizations. Complete technical training, preferably with experience in the industrial environment e.g. as a machine and plant leader, industrial painter or with further training as an industrial master (m/w/d) Ability and motivation to support others, take responsibility and develop professionally and personally Know-how advantageous in coating, painting or comparable industrial processes Technical understanding and a process-oriented working style as well as openness to new tasks
