Departmental Coordinator Surveying and GIS (m/f/d)

Professional leadership and further development of the survey and GIS team within the Directorate Coordination and control of survey and GIS activities and ensuring high data quality Representation of the Directorate in professional working groups and bodies within and outside the Group Development, introduction and continuous optimization of standards, regulations and processes in the field of measurement, GIS and data management Ensuring compliance with established standards and quality requirements in the areas of measurement and data processing Support and advice of the operational units in technical questions Identification and implementation of innovation and digitization potentials  Promoting professional exchange and knowledge transfer within the Directorate

Successfully completed studies in the field of surveying, geoinformatics, geodesy, geography or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in surveying, GIS or geodata management Knowledge of how to use GIS systems as well as very good knowledge of the use of surveying devices and software (e.g. AutoCAD, CARD_1, iTWO) Experience in the development and implementation of standards, processes and quality requirements Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Communication strength and safe occurrence in cross-disciplinary bodies and working groups High self-initiative and the ability to actively promote innovation and change Experience in the professional leadership of teams of advantage Structured, solution-oriented and independent operation
