Finance Operations Specialist (m/w/d) Claims | Bonus Programs | Sales Accounting | Reporting As a Finance Operations Specialist, you support well-known companies successfully implementing sales, bonus programs and incentives. Fixed position limited for 12 months - with the possibility of extension or renewal Full time from now on Location: Eschborn / remote possible

You are responsible for the commercial execution of sales, incentive and bonus programs. You check bonus claims and financial calculations for plausibility and completeness. You analyze sales, billing and earnings data and derive usable results. You'll create reports, evaluations and decision bases for internal and external stakeholders. You coordinate coordination with customers, partners and internal teams. You make sure that all processes are implemented correctly and on time. You identify optimization potentials and introduce ideas for the automation and further development of processes. You help to make our finance and operations processes even more efficient, more digital and scalable.

Commercial training, economic studies or a comparable qualification First experience in Finance, Operations, Sales Support, Reporting, Controlling or Administration Secure handling of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, evaluations) and data-based work SAP knowledge is advantageous, but no need Joy in dealing with numbers, data, processes and analytical issues Structured, careful and independent operation Communication strength in exchange with internal and external contacts and team spirit Very good German and good English skills
