We grow fast and are looking for a:n Sales Manager:In (a) in the Metropolitan Region of Munich, which drives our growth in the German market and further expands our market position.

Your tasks:

As a sales specialist for our HR Cloud solutions for recruiting, talent management and HR processes, you are responsible for attracting new customers and expanding existing customers in the German market. You are responsible for the entire sales process from the generation of new potentials, the structured sales processing, the creation of offers to the negotiation and conclusion of contracts. Support is provided by your colleagues, a team of experienced sales managers, sales consultants, an indoor service and marketing. All unites the high passion for sales and HR. Abacus Umantis AG and our solutions can be represented in German and ideally also in English.

You bring experience in the distribution of complex and/or expressive software and cloud solutions. You are convinced by your pronounced communicative ability and have joy in dealing with people, at all hierarchical levels in the company. The contact with the C-Level will also excite you. Your strong sense of business helps you to quickly think into various customer situations. You are passionate about placing solutions in a targeted manner with interested parties, raising or sharpening needs. Ideally, you have successfully completed a study of economic, communication, social or natural sciences or a comparable training.
