Your role
In this position, you are a central point of contact for our customers and ensure smooth handling of service and delivery processes. You work closely with internal interfaces such as sales, marketing and clinical/technical teams and take responsibility for complex customer concerns.
Your tasks
Inbound Customer Support & Customer Care
Processing and solution of customer requests and complaints (telephone & e-mail) Ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional care Maintenance of customer and order data in ERP and patient databases Close cooperation with clinical and technical teams Identification and implementation of process improvements
Outbound Customer Support
Outbound campaigns to increase customer satisfaction Support for customer emails in cooperation with stakeholders
