Cutting Machine Operator Turning & Milling Technology (m/f/d)

Varied activities on CNC-controlled machine tools with BDE connection in individual parts and small series production Operation and programming of 3- and 5-axis turning/milling machines (DMG Mori NTX 1000 & NTX 2500) adjustment and measurement of tools and independent production of complex components Operation of sawing machines (Behringer) Independent implementation of production-accompanying tests and maintenance and cleaning work Participation in the design of the shopfloor and active implementation of process optimizations

Complete vocational training as a machining mechanic or industrial mechanic Multiannual experience in independent workshop programming (preferably Mori FANUC) Knowledge of CAM programming (SolidCAM) desirable Willingness to increase your own responsibility and to continue to develop Teamability, sense of responsibility and conscientious working style Independent and independent work and experience in reading drawings Quality awareness as well as the willingness to shiftwork (spring and late)
