Tool mechanic (m/f/d)

Together with your colleagues, you contribute to the tools for our production at any time and ensure smooth processes.

You carry out professional maintenance of tools for DWP & MWP, Pispi and packaging tools and perform maintenance and repair work on injection moulds according to technical specifications and quality standards.

You are responsible for the timely and reliable provision of repaired injection moulds for production.

You make changes to shape only after prior coordination with the design and document all adjustments in the tool card without any gap.

You take care of the professional maintenance, maintenance and cleaning of the injection moulds and the associated processing machines and thus ensure trouble-free operation.

You carry out self-polishing work on contour-providing moldings and pay attention to dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

You have successfully completed training as a tool mechanic (m/w/d) and brings several years of practical experience in mold construction - especially in the maintenance, repair and optimization of injection molding tools.

You have profound experience in tool repair and work safely according to technical specifications and quality requirements.

You control the handling of conventional machine tools such as turning, milling and grinding machines, and you use them precisely to process moldings.

You have solid IT skills and use common manufacturing and documentation software routined.
