The SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. is a renowned aid organisation and a free, non-profit institution of child and youth assistance with 38 facilities throughout the federal territory and around 5,200 employees.

The SOS Children's Village Augsburg is a youth aid facility with outpatient, stationary and open offers for children and young people and their families at several locations in Augsburg.

At the SOS Children's Village in Augsburg we are looking for a

In your role as a management expert (m/w/d), your organizational staff, your care and your attention to detail ensure smooth administrative processes. In particular, you take over the following tasks: Postal and office organisation: You control the post-in and exit and organize the everyday office. A clear, comprehensible storage (digital and analog) will ensure you reliably. Application management: You support the application process administratively, collect and maintain applicant data carefully and contribute to a transparent, value-adding selection procedure. Digital system work: You work with the Rexx personnel management system, maintain Excel lists and keep personal and contractual data up to date. Invoicing: You check and edit invoices with X-Suite reliably and on time. Management of representative data: You document entry and exits conscientiously and take over correspondence with authorities. Performance calculation: You expect performances with cost-benefits via “Topsoz” correctly and completely. Insurance cases: You process insurance cases in consultation with the office structured and solution-oriented. Data management: You carefully maintain data and are sensitive and data protection-compliant. Cooperation & Representation: You work with internal and external partners and, if necessary, take over the representation of your colleague. Protection order: You implement the requirements for the protection of children and persons responsible.

Technical basis: You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. Structure & Precision: You work very organized, reliable and independent. Time limits, procedures and details are always kept in mind and contribute to stable processes. Digital competence: You are safe in handling MS Office, especially Excel. Ideally, you are already bringing knowledge to the human resource management system “rexx”. Quick conception: You quickly capture administrative relationships and implement new requirements structured and efficient. Team spirit & loadability: Even with increased work, you stay quiet, friendly and solution-oriented and thus strengthen the team's cooperation. Communication & occurrence: You meet superiors, colleagues and external partners respectful, helpful and value-adding. Professional attitude: Your approach to proximity and distance is reflected and appropriate. You act discreetly, bindingly and responsibly, in particular in handling sensitive data and information.
