Coordination, further development and monitoring of election services according to the requirements of private health insurance (PKV), in cooperation with all participating professional groups Ensuring rapid, quality-secured and legally compliant private medical billing and settlement of the electoral performance accommodation Cooperative cooperation with chief physicians, chief medical secretariats, external accounting service providers and all supporting administrative areas (controlling, accounting, project management, law/compliance, patient acceptance/accepting bodies, IT, care, service) Close coordination with the management of misoccupancy, late contracts or necessary documentation Monitoring and optimization of administrative processes in the recording, documentation and accounting process Participation in the implementation and compliance of contractually agreed service standards in the field of electoral performance Support of complaint management for electoral performance contracts in cooperation with feedback management Implementation and coordination of internal training courses in the field of private medical billing (GOÄ), finalizing the electoral performance and using the app infoskop Organisation and support of training offers by external accounting service providers Creating regular reports to the management for process optimization and revenue development • Participation in the definition and control of key performance indicators (KPI) for process and result quality

Closed commercial training, ideally in healthcare Multiannual professional experience in the hospital environment, in particular in billing and process management Safe handling of common computer and KIS systems Impressed service orientation, communication skills and responsibility Independent, structured and conscientious working Flexibility, readiness and solution-oriented thinking Safe and professional appearance inside and outside Good knowledge of English in dealing with international patients (required, but not absolutely necessary)
