The area of responsibility for you as an employee:in quality assurance (ZfP) at the Dinklage site includes monitoring, testing and documentation of the professional production of steel structures in steel and steel bridge construction. Within your activity, you conduct non-destructive welding seam tests including the associated documentation according to the normative requirements for demanding steel structures in the steel and steel bridge construction sector. You are responsible for production-accompanying controls as well as the final removal in steel construction and corrosion protection. As a result, you control the receipt of goods from externally processed components in a punctual manner. As part of the non-destructive tests, you work closely with other areas of expertise. Together with the building supervisor: inside the client you act actively in the removal of the component. In addition to performing and logging weld seam tests, the activity also includes general quality assurance in various production areas.

You have a tester qualification for non-destructive material and weld seam testing according to DIN EN ISO 9712, step 2 in the visual inspection (VT), ultrasound testing (UT) and magnetic powder testing (MT). We also give a chance to start a career:with a corresponding qualification. Additional tester qualifications such as color penetration methods (PT) and radiation testing (RT, film evaluation) and practical knowledge of welding technology are advantageous. You work systematically and autonomously, your professional appearance is what distinguishes you. Their willingness to work in the 2-shift system (Monday - Friday) is basically present. Occasional service trips to our construction sites are of course for you.
