ITSM optimization: You analyze the existing IT service management organization as well as relevant interfaces to the departments and develop suitable target images for their further development. Process design: You evaluate and optimize ITSM processes, value flows and organizational processes, including associated roles and responsibilities. Organisational development: You support customers in shaping modern, flexible and powerful IT organizational forms and creating suitable framework conditions for their implementation. Project work: You plan and tax consulting and optimization projects in IT-Service Management and contribute yourself to the implementation. Concept: You develop concepts, specifications, guidelines and policy templates for the realignment of IT service organisations. Customer advice: You work at the interface between business and IT and accompany customers in changing their processes, roles and organizational structures.

DEIN PROFIL Experience and expertise: You bring several years of consulting and project experience in the context of IT service management as well as the digital transformation and optimization of IT organizations. Qualification: You have a degree with a focus on business, computer science or a comparable qualification. Frameworks and trends: You have profound experience with the use of frameworks (e.g. ITIL) and project management methods. In addition, you bring knowledge of the essential service management tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Ivanti, etc.). Certifications: You have at least one ITIL Foundation certification and complete your profile with further certifications such as PRINCE2 or Scrum. Process understanding: You have experience in the analysis and optimization of ITSM processes, role models and organizational processes. Communication: You convince by analytical and conceptual skills, a structured way of working and a clear communication with different stakeholders. AI competence: You use AI tools in your field, evaluate the results critically and help customers and adesso use potentials of AI. Language skills: Your very good knowledge of German and good English allows you to communicate safely.
