Support – You are responsible for supporting our agents in questions and issues around the platform and opting for the support process via Intercom. Testing – Your task is to test tickets within our Test Environments and ensure a first-class quality of our new features. Documentation – You’re reviewing and developing instructions for using our platform as well as team-internal processes – you’ll be happy to introduce innovative ideas to make our processes more efficient. Project Management – You take smaller projects and support the product team in operational tasks. This is how you get to know product management in all its facets.

Background – You are in the advanced studies of business, computer science or a related area. Tech-savviness – apps, digital solutions and elegant UX will delight you. Experience – Ideally, you already bring practical professional experience, whether through student work, internships or training. Technical Skills – You are familiar with the G-Suite, modern office tools such as notion and have first experience with SQL to perform data analysis.
