Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

Your team We are looking for reinforcement for the Team Commercial in the Group Legal Division. In close cooperation with the relevant business units, our department manages and supervises all legal matters of the OBI Group. As a trading company with a large network of stationary markets, our legal area is of great economic importance for us.

Legal advice: Comprehensive legal support for the purchasing and quality of the OBI Group, both for commercial and other goods and services

Payment solutions: Legal support of our digital payment solutions as a trading company, focusing on the introduction, implementation and continuation of innovative payment concepts

Regulatorics: Examination and consideration of regulatory requirements for payment solutions and payment concepts

Contract design: creation, testing and negotiation of contracts with payment service providers:inside and other commercial partners:inside

Sustainability: Legal support of the OBI Group's sustainability area

Project work: Legal support for diverse projects in these areas

Professional experience: at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in an enterprise or an economic law firm

Purchasing Law: In-depth knowledge of purchasing law

Payment services: In-depth knowledge of the regulatory system for payment services and/or banking law

Contract law: Funded knowledge and experience in contract law

Understanding: A strong understanding of the complex processes of a major trading company
