Responsibility for winding coils by defined methods as well as the professional attachment of the insulations. Ensuring correct preparation of the insulation by cutting and folding for further processing. introduction and fixing of the coils in winding materials according to technical specifications and quality requirements. Use and monitoring of relevant connection techniques, such as bandaging, crimping and soldering, for the production of functional assemblies. Conduct and documentation of electrical tests, including insulation, resistance and high voltage tests, to ensure product quality. Precise use of electrical and mechanical measuring instruments for quality and process control. Coordination of internal transport processes in the manufacturing sector to support smooth production processes. Active participation in continuous improvement processes (KVP), in shopfloor management activities and in the further development of work safety.
